1. Scope
This agreement governs the use of the website and the «Vkusno» food delivery service. By using the site and placing orders you agree to these terms.
2. Placing and paying for orders
An order is considered accepted after we confirm it (by phone or messenger). Payment can be made on delivery, by card transfer or cryptocurrency, as selected at checkout. Minimum order amount and delivery terms are set out in the Delivery section on the website.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. After dispatch, cancellation is subject to agreement. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the payment method used.
